Immigration & Refugee Law
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are the Government of Canada department responsible for immigration to Canada, refugees, grants citizenship, and issues travel documents (such as passports to Canada) to Canadians.
The IRCC facilitates the arrival of immigrants, provides protection to refugees and offers programming to help newcomers settle in Canada.
At SJG Legal, we perform immigration-law services related directly to Immigration and Refugee Board proceedings, such as;
- Representation at your refugee and admissibility hearing,
and appeal at the Immigration and Refugee Board
- Filling out application forms and helping you put together
information and evidence to provide to Immigration Refugee
and Citizenship Canada
The IRB decides, among other responsibilities, who needs refugee protection among the thousands of claimants who come to Canada annually.
